" Elodie was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. She gave good advice and took the time to explain in detail how to properly care for the plants. What really stood out was her follow-up, she checked in a week later to make sure everything was doing well and even replaced a plant that wasn’t thriving. This level of care and honesty is what creates real customer loyalty. If you’re looking for professionalism, genuine care, and an excellent overall experience, I highly recommend working with her. "
